GET /pages/{issue name}/{page number}

Returns page details and related collections.

Name	Required?	Default	Example	Description
include	No	n/a	"article-regions,issue"	Specify what extra metadata to return about the page

issue - include details about the issue which this page belongs to
articles - the result will include all of the articles on the page
article-regions - include details about the regions of articles on this page

Returns the page details.
